1. Festival tickets are only available for purchase from UNDERGROUND Events Ltd at www.undergroundfestival.co.nz. Tickets will not be valid if purchased through any other channel.

You will receive an email confirmation or receipt within two days of purchase.

2. You will need to show your email order confirmation at entry to the festival in order to get your wristband.

3. Ticket prices exclude GST. There are no ticket booking fees. We have chosen not to use an event booking platform to reduce costs.

4. Tickets include on-site parking.

5. Camping on-site is available but you must book a prior and show a separate ticket for that. If you are attending on a one day pass you can camp both nights (17 & 18 Feb) but you can only access the festival site for the date of your purchased tickets. Pre-booked bell tents are booked through Nomadic New Zealand and all liaison for bookings is through them.

6. All festival tickets are subject to availability. Numbers are restricted to ensure the event is manageable, safe and enjoyable for everyone involved.

7. Opening and closing times are subject to change. Check the website closer to the event for updates.

8. Official event information for ticket holders will only be communicated by email from hello@undergroundfestival.co.nz.

9. Our priority is the health and safety of attendees, staff and speakers and we will adhere to all government regulations and venue safety policy. By purchasing tickets or attending an event, you agree to these regulations and policies. If you find yourself unable to attend due to sickness or change of circumstances, we encourage you to pass your ticket(s) on to someone else.

10. All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges except as required by law.

11. We may alter the price of tickets in response to varying levels of demand. Such alterations do not affect the terms and conditions applying to tickets purchased before the price change, and do not entitle you to claim a refund on your ticket price or the difference between your ticket price and the newly adjusted ticket price.

12. Information on www.undergroundfestival.co.nz is correct at the time of publication. UNDERGROUND Events Ltd reserves the right to alter, without notice, any events, sessions or speakers.

13. Parts of UNDERGROUND festival will be filmed and photographed for promotional and press purposes. Purchasing a ticket to the festival implies you are okay to be photographed and filmed in group settings. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please make yourself known to a team member.
